Jin has 6 years of healthcare consulting experience in China and co-leads McKinsey’s Healthcare Practice in Greater China.

Recent engagements

Recent engagements include implementation of a transformational program for the China operations of a multinational pharmaco; a market access and pricing strategy for the oncology portfolio of a multinational pharmaco; and the organization design for the government affairs group of a major pharmaco.

Education

Jin received her MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management. She also holds a BA in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics.
