About Ming
Ming is a core leader of McKinsey’s Greater China Consumer Goods and Retail Practice and leads the Customer Management Service Line. Ming serves leading multinationals and local consumer goods and retail clients on several issues, with a focus on marketing and distribution strategies. Ming has done work in personal care, beverages, nutritional products, food and confectionary, apparel retail and hospitality.
Recent Engagements
Her recent engagement experience includes helping a leading European spirits company develop a China entry strategy including brand value proposition, product/pricing strategy and go-to-market model; serving a leading global beverage company to refine its growth strategy and build the necessary capabilities to sustain profitable growth; and helping a leading global personal care company to define their 2015 corporate and BU strategies and develop a comprehensive capability building program.
Education
Ming holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. She earned her BA with honors in International Organizational Management from Seton Hill College. Ming is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and is fluent in English.
