About Yougang

Yougang started his career with Procter&Gamble China in 1992. He worked in brand management in P&G’s skin care and toilet soap brands and was part of the multi-function team that drove both brands to market leadership in China. Prior to joining McKinsey, Mr. Chen had several years of strategy consulting experience with other leading consulting companies, in both PRC and the USA .

Education

Yougang received his MBA from INSEAD and holds a BA in economics from Beijing University.
